DERWEN MILL PARK FEES FOR 2023 / 2024

The full site fee is due on the 1st of November each year. The park is open 11 months of the year (1st February – 31 December)

Single unit caravan or lodge:  £2,749.00 including VAT

Double unit lodge: £3,037.00 including VAT

Fees include:

VAT Water charges Rates WiFi Waste management Five-star grounds maintenance

Utilities
Electricity:  All units have their own meter and owners will be invoiced annually according to their usage.
Piped gas: All pitches benefit from piped gas and will be invoiced annually according to usage.

DERWEN MILL PARK FACILITIES

All caravan and lodge pitches Derwen Mill are well spaced and fully serviced to include mains services and piped gas, so that you can enjoy all the comforts of modern living.

Peace and quiet is what people choose Derwen Mill for - and with spectacular views, the sounds of running water and birds singing, along with acres of wildlife to explore - it is the perfect place to relax.

What also makes Derwen Mill quite unique is the fact you can safely walk into the local village, where you will find a couple of local shops, a post office and two pubs serving food and drinks. Next door to us there is also the wonderful Derwen Garden Centre that includes a fabulous restaurant, gift shop and a farm shop.

DERWEN MILL HOLIDAY HOMES AND LODGES

Here at Derwen Mill we don't do rows of caravans in tight uniformed spaces! Instead, our holiday homes and luxury lodges are set on spacious pitches and are either wrapped around lakes or overlooking large greens spaces. Each fully-serviced pitch also comes complete with its own private tarmacadam parking space.

Nestled amongst mature trees, a babbling brook and immaculately kept lawns, are large course fishing pools that are kept fully-stocked with carp, tench, roach and rudd to name a few. The pools and the stream also offer a wide range of interests for the wildlife enthusiast.As well as being the perfect place to enjoy the very best of what nature has to offer, all the pitches benefit from their own private parking spaces, fibre broadband connectivity and low-level lighting, while there is also a launderette of site. All of the park roads are tarmacked.

The five-star park is always well-maintained so you can relax amongst manicured lawns, blooming flower beds, mature trees and glistening pools.
Pets are welcome to join you at Derwen Mill, and the park is open for 11 months of the year, closing only in January.

FIND US ON THE MAP

As you drive through Welshpool town centre follow the Dolgellau signs until you reach the roundabout by the steam railway.  Then take the A490 north towards Llanfyllin for two and a half miles.  Turn right onto the B4392 signposted Guilsfield for half a mile.  Turn first right after the Derwen Garden Centre.
